FORCE MIGRATION OF ACCOUNT

One day I was advised by an FNB staff to open an account that would make my ewallet withdrawal simple. I did open the account and enjoyed using it. Today I am told by FNB that account will be migrated to another account where I will be paying, still I don't understand the reasons why they want to migrate it and still advise me to close the account before 13 January 2025.

Even if I violate something, I won't agree because it was not explained to me.
