For the past week I have had toll gate transactions go off on my account on a card that I lost which was lost but also blocked and cancelled However the person who found my lost card has been using it at toll gates and has drained my bank account. I reported this to the FNB ***** department they said that they logged a case however they did not get back to me I had to follow up with them and they said the case was resolved. They said they have refunded the money which was never done my cheque account is still in overdraft and I cannot use my account which saddens and upsets me I wonder if it's worth it having an FNB account.
