For the Love of God, Why is Switching to FNB so Terrible!

What I have experienced in switching from Absa to FNB has been an utter and complete nightmare.

Its as if one query is resolved just in time for something else to be wrong with my account.

I now have an active credit card with no limit as there are queries around which bracket i fall in. I have been trying to resolve this since last week. All i get is transfered from department to department. I get promised that things will be resolved and then i get no feedback until i eventually call them. This is ridiculous. I am so tired of calling FNB. I just switched all my debit orders and now im being told that i might have to downgrade to a gold account? Why was i given a priemer account in the first place? Why can i not be told the correct information or get the correct accounts. I will not change all my debit orders again. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. To top it off i get an email saying that i have exceeded my credit limit and that i have to pay R50 to have a good credit rating? I am not paying anything! The damn card doesnt even have a limit!!!! I have used no Money on this card as there is none there!!! This is really pushing me over the edge. I am probably going to close these accounts as obviously i am not a valued client of FNB so i should take my business elsewhere.
