For the 3rd time in as many months my FNB Business card was charged for a UberEats order
For the 3rd time in as many months my FNB Business card was charged for a UberEats order. This is my 2nd card to be used in UberEats orders. I do not have a UberEats account and never ordered from them before. I have also never used this card yet it’s used by someone. I canceled my card and logged a complaint the first time this happened…to date FNB has not contacted me. I have ordered a new card and it happened again. Poor customer service to resolve an ongoing issue.

19 May 2025, 11:55How does card details leak to ********s??? Perhaps at FNB card devision is a possibility. My card was never used, I don't carry it with me at all. The only place where card details can be leaked is at manufacturing or packing. This is serious assumption worth investigating. I live 3 provinces away from where the order was placed on my card...always in JHB.
