For shame FNB

After being unable to pay my CC and missed 3 months payment there is now a judgement in my name. I have been trying to call the *** to understand and get assistance but it has been 2 months now and that number is not being answered.

When I select other option they keep referring me to this number that does not get answered.

This is really terrible service from FNB. They are usually on point with their process and service but this time it's poor and unfortunate.

Can I please get someone to contact me or get the right number!
