Following my previous complaint 3rd of Feb

Unfortunately the response from FNB has been unacceptable. I do not have a problem with the service that I received form FNB staff. They were very efficient at communicating and delivering FNBs unfair policy and practice. The disappointing part is that only when i went to close my account did a manager want to see me even though i requested to see a manager a more than once. I kept getting the same regurgitated Bull by the staff in the branch who were just doing there job. By that stage i have already open a new account with Steve at Beep Bank. Cheers FNB
