FOLLOW UP REVIEW TO MY ***** CASE

I reported a ***** case on 01/12/2022 and was informed i would get feedback between 7-30working days. I called in 13/12/2022 for feedback and was given the investigators name and contact number (IONLY TO FIND THE CONTACT NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST) i sent her an email, NO RESPONSE. Sent another email the following day NO RESPONSE. All i need is feedback as to what is happening with this investigation but it seems that this case is of no urgency to FNB. R5000 down the drain due to FNB
