Follow up on my previous complaint towards Fnb

<p>I previously launched a complaint about Fnb : I have a student loan with them - but only when I start to pay back capital with interest I realize they treated this loan form the beginning as a personal loan due toe the high interest I pay - instead of 8 - 12 % student interest I paid 17 - 22% since 2010</p> <p> </p> <p>fnb phoned me but nothing happened yet and my rears are now r12 000</p> <p> </p> <p>i did involve ombudsman as well</p> <p>they have all the admin regarding my sons studies registration of every year degree certificate, internship letter etc etc - but still charging personal loan interest </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot afford it as a single mom and teacher</p> <p> </p> <p>they have to back date ALL the wrongly charges interest - take it OF my account and then I will pay again the correct amount</p>
