Follow up

Kindly advise why is payment for end of August not made in my bind, as per my understanding and communication received from you this was the last payment ought to be done by you, I just checked the App it only shows interest and service fee charged and no transfer done unless i am reading it wrong. As well as the balance on the app is not the same as the one i received on your letter dates 30the August with regards to interest my fixed interest rate.
