FND Private wealth de*****ing their clients by not closing accounts when requested to do so

HI I contacted FNB to close my account about a month ago they did not close my account it was on the 25th of march when called them to close my account they however did not close it. The account today is still open today on the 22-04-2023. The account gained bank charges as they did not close it as requested on the 25th now they are telling me to close the account I must pay again a close out balance of R 887.91. -- Very unprofessional and I find this of FNB to be *****ulent and they are *****ing money from their clients on doing this. this is ******** and I will be open up a case with the SAPS for theft.
