FND Poweball

On January 26th and February 9th I received a message from FNB to contact them with regard to the powerball played on these dates. A FNB representative advised this message was only sent if there was a significant win involved. I had checked the numbers under the history of games played and under winning numbers which were verified by both my brother and son and was shocked to see I had the 6 winning numbers on both occasions however, when I returned back to the history to check the numbers again i found that the numbers were different. I have asked FNB for a an explanation as to what had happened on my account and have been fobbed off with 2 emails stating that my numbers were not the winning ones. I have yet to receive an explanation as to why the numbers changed and why the message to contact them was sent to me. Had I not received the message to contact them I would not have been aware there was a problem and believe I deserve a full explanation
