FND not willing to assist with COVID 19 unless you have TOTAL loss of income
So FNB is not giving ANY payment relief to their customers unless they have total loss of income. Not 20%, not 50% not even 80%, but a total loss of income. Meaning NO salary. They forget that it is YOUR account and your loans that you pay for and would like help with due to the lack of affordability that related to some sort of loss of income. If somebody is already barely making it through the month and you have ANY type of contribution to loss of income whether it is 20% or 40% that puts you in a position not being able to get through the month due to monthly payments, surely you need the payment relief to assist.
Well, this is what I experience from other banks EXCEPT my own dam bank. Now that I need you you fail me. And guess what, you won't lose money if you apply the same T&C's like other banks who do help their clients.
Well done FNB, after 12 years of being a loyal client with you guys and keeping all my loans and stuff in perfect state, you still managed to finally put the lid on this jar. I will be moving away from you guys thank you.
