Fnd locks you out of your account with no valid reasons is this even legal

FnB just locked me out of my account claiming It need fica doments from me . Here i am stranded a grange unable to pay for petrol and fnb claims they tried to call me to get focal docs but had no anser . I provided all the fica docs when I opened my business and personal accounts . Here i am with fnb holding my money telling me when and where they let me use it . My business has come to a halt i can't get home or buy food and fat cat fnb is hiding behind fika . I have accounts with several other banks and fnb is the only bank that locks me out of my accounts and demands that I provide fica documents even to i have done this . How can I open a account if I did not do fika in the first place . Fnb d9nt bother contacting me and making a big issue out of it on this site . You have prevented me from getting access to my money I'm not interested. I love to hear if this is even legal why is only fnb doing this
