FND Incompetence reigns supreme

FNB has listed me on credit buro's as not having paid the last 5 installments on my covid loan with FNB.

I have statement which was provided by FNB dated 2023/12/14 reflecting a payment dated 2023/10/02, 3 payments dated 2023/11/01 and 3 payments dated 2023/12/01.

I have another statement dated 2023/11/01 reflecting 3 payments dated 2023/08/01, 2 payments dated 2023/09/01, 2 payments dated 2023/09/29 and payment dated 2023/10/02 and 3 payments dated 2023/11/01.
