FND Fruad department service is terrible

I was ****** on the 21 October at the ATM at gunpoint and was forced to give my pin for them to withdraw all my cash, I immediately cancelled my card and was transfered to their ***** department. I spoke to their consultant and was advised three times that I do not have to go to the police. I followed up with them atlwast 3 times, they only called me back once after I complained, they eventually told me that the matter cannot be taken serious as it was not reported to the police. WHAT? I asked your consultant 3 times, if I should report the matter and she advised me that it was not necessary. When I asked to speak to a manager, guess they dont take calls... how convenient. I must send them an email. Their ***** department is set up to deny your case, its merely a formality.
