FND ***** section - rave

Huge rave to Ronald Selebogo of the FNB Early ***** Detection section for a fast and efficient service. I battled to get action via the general call centre initially due to "please hold" saga, but via email when my request was passed to him, had awesome service. I had originally had received the sms and email asking me to chat to him, and I doubted its authenticity as the cell number was not the generic call centre, so thought it might be a ******** email and number. So here at 11pm we were chatting, and sorted stuff out. Sadly ********** force folks like Ronald to work at night when he should be at home with his family!! So huge rave for folks like him, and hope this message is read by his manager and a suitable merit award is done. Greatly appreciated
