Fnd dstv debit order *****

Dstv is debiting my Fnb bank account for R199 every month since canceling ing my dstv premium subscription in Feb 2020. I never signed up for Showmax nor even watched it since canceling my dstv subscriptions and it is impossible to reach a human in any off their call centre numbers. Fnb refuses to reverse debit orders even I reported it as ***** on the Fnb app
