FND drain service

FNB has pathetic service, after it was said a consultant will call me regarding the accounts that was opened Mid Oct for my children nobody has gotten back to me forms was send as per their request and yet again i have to follow up how far it is and when the cards will be delivered to the branch. UCN *** and ***, how is it your customers responsibility to call and follow up are you not a service provider?

CAPITEC bank where i come as your service is so much better as FNB
