FND does not protect their client and they benefit from our suffering

Last week lodged a complaint about an unauthorized debit order of 5000 that keeps on going off my account , besides taking my money they still debit as and when it please them and I keep on I curring cost. April 2024 R5000 went off and I was told it could not reversed lodged a complaint witj FNB ***** department and I was told they could not not reverse as whoever debited my account blocked the reversal.

I was told it could not be stopped as they keep on changing the reference numbers. May 2024 another authorized debit order of R5000 went off, same people but this time they could reverse it for some reason. After that they were off the radar and did not debit until 03 June 2024, went into to dispute, apparently they have been trying continuously to debit without any success and I have been incurring costs. This time FNB could not reverse it, this after bouncing to and from the ***** department and debit order department. After my complaint here o the 4th June 2024, the ***** department called me and told me it can't be reversed as it is blocked by the culprits and again my R5000 gone and FNB could not assist me. Today again the 09 June 2024 I have incurred additional fees as they trying to debit again, so FNB and the payment association of SA give unlimited authority to these people to debit our accounts at any given moment, multiple times with no limit the authority to debit our accounts Which makes sense as the more they debit, and there are no funds the more FNB make money from me so both FNB and the culprits are winners while I am left with no money Guess what today tried to close my FNB account and I could not because of the fees I incurred due to multiple debits that are ongoing. So FNB can't protect me if is not charging black client more interest rates is allowing organisation unlimited access to my hard earned money. Disgusting indeed can't wait for month end to pay the the money they stole from me as penalties and put this bank behind me
