FND ARE ******

Hi guys I've opened an investment account with fnb and they said I should have a savings account so they opened it for me... Long story short I invested for some time then decided to withdraw my investment I did a 7 days notice then after 7 days cash was removed from investment account but never reflected on my savings account so I went to the branch to find out what's happening they told me the amount which I've requested which is 50k can't not be sent to my easy zero because it's exceeding the easy zero limit... Ok fine so what's the way forward I asked, they said I should open onother account so that they can redirect the funds so I did so it's been another week now without getting my funds, everytime I go to the branch they say they are sending an email to the investment team
