FND AND ROADPROTECT up to ****

i recently logged into my FNB app on my cellphone and i saw an advert ROADPROTECT where they actually charge you R200 as an admin fee and the amount of your vehicle licence and these guys go get your license and deliver it to you. i was really busy during this December period with work so i decided to use this service because my license would expire at the end of December. first of all this company road protect will bring down Fnb's name because of the pathetic service. i waited for 7 days only to find out that i now have to send through a copy of my id and proof of residence and this is not stated when applying for this service, i had to send an email to road protect to actually get feed back and find this out. My car license is now expired and im driving around with the risk of getting a fine. So i give them a call and they were very helpful and friendly but they said that i would have to wait another 14 days before its delivered , so i requested a refund which should be processed soon and i will now go and buy my license myself. The point here is this service is very poor in a whole, its easier and cheaper to go buy your license yourself and its also much faster and you also dont run a risk of getting a fine. i will never recommend this service to anyone i think its a waste of time. i will now go and buy my license which will take me nothing more than 2hours apposed to 22days in total.
