FNB,YET AGAIN,RUINS CHRISTMAS!!

I made an arrangement with FNB to pay my arrears, as my November debit failed due to funds not being available at time of debit - To the amount of R3676 over 2 month, as we had cash flow issues.

As we made a sale, I decided to chuck the MAJORITY of my commission, which I'm supposed to survive on, into my credit card, SO I followed FNB's prompt on the app on my Credit Card account to instead of paying the two installments over the two months, to settle the outstanding amount, which I did AND then thinking, you know let me pay another R7000 into my card ( a total of R10676 into my card out of the R12000 I just made on a sorely needed sale!) so that I have the money available in my card for December, as I am *****ed for December. So I can atleast pay my credit card and have an available balance. Once the amounts were settled (the R10676 total between the two payments) I had a balance of +- R9000 available in my card, which would be able to feed me and my family and not have such a ****py Chrismas. My salary itself will just cover bond, levies and loan, so the commission amount I used to pay into the card is to SURVIVE December - NO Gift this year, as we can't afford it, NO holiday, as we can't afford it - that money is for normal monthly expenses and then it just DISSAPEARED!!!

I wake up today with a weird system error whereby the amount I have ALREADY settled was debited and taken out of the credit card, so all of a sudden my available balance dropped to just over R1800!!! NO WAY IN HELL DID FNB JUST TAKE CLOSE TO R7000 on fees!!! Where the hell did that close to R7K go!!!??? So all of a sudden, over R10k in payment turns to +-R1800!!! Come on!!! I need someone to check to see what's going on!! I'm going on Hellopeter and all social media sites to tell this story of how FNB ruined Christmas, after I settled the outstanding AND paid in,in advance over R7K!!

I need this resolved.

There is NO WAY THAT FNB decides to over night just take close to R7000 out of my account!!!

Your banking app doesn’t help on the chat front, and I can’t get through to your credit card department on the phone.
