FNBy transact and absolute nightmare!

Good day, I opened my son a FNBy Transact bank account for my son in Feb 2025 which was an absolute nightmare. I unlocked my sons ebucks on the app for Wimpy and Kauai but it's still not activated and we are in Mid March. Please can someone assist or I will move his account to another bank who actually wants business!
