FNBy - not a great start to a new customer

I've opened a FNBy account for my son. There were many delays with KYC and card issuance. The KYC has now been resolved, unfortunately the card delivery has yet to take place. I keep getting shunted from pillar to post in an attempt to get this resolved. Please put some effort into this request.
