FNB/Wesbank not updating profile

I wrote a review last week. 1. It’s been 23 days now. Still didn’t receive my card to do proper transactions. And still demands from FNB. 2. Settled my whole outstanding amount for the debt on my vehicle. The outstanding amount is still showing on my profile. Totally sad to see the decline in service delivery from FNB.
