FNB/WESBANK no help during covid 19 for small businesses

We have been banking with FNB for over 12 years our business has had its ups and downs sometimes good sometimes not so good. However if anything our bills and debit orders are ALWAYS honored even if it a day or two late. Here is our problem we approached FNB and WestinghouseBANK before we went into lockdown, and explained the very plain obvious that during this time our business would be closed and there would be no way to service any debit ORDERS we received NO help, assistance or payment holiday. Now we sitting in such a bad situation and don't know which way to turn, We have started to open as from 1 June 2020 but with 3 months arrears and approximately R20 000 over drawn on the account due to debit orders being put through twice after being returned, our "business banker" Thomas Banda simply replies with a email stating our account isn't in good standing and can't help!!!!!!!! We don't know who to turn to or approach if we don't get a reply from our banker we simply receive a automated reply. We also approached the various covid relief funds but where simply told NO as we are a white owned company. Do we even re open with all of the above looming over us. FNB have little to NO interest in helping small businesses in a pro active or and productive manner they simply letting everyone out to hang!!!!!!!!
