FNB/Wesbank is not a good bank ti its customers

This bank have been with for more than 15 years. I have business account since 2013, and moved all my insurance with them. When I needed home loan they rejected me and had to go to another bank and I have since settled that account. and last month they pre-approved my vehicle finance with good interest rate and today they gave higher interest rate because I used their same credit card which I have paid half of it within 30 days. This bank I'm cancelling and moving to another bank with immediate effect.
