FNB/WEBANK Covid load is an utter mess up!!

Right so let me try and keep this short.

I app**** for the FNB Covid Loan middle of last year and I thought everything was going well. Until I get a threatening call from Wesbank stating they are going to repossess my car due to miss payment???? My covid loan was supposed to cover that. So I speak to my private banker and he states "' oh wait there has been a mistake by FNB/Wesbank and we did not trf the money to them"really? so how is that my problem?? so we arrnage a call and Wesbank confirm FNB did not do this but what they will do is make a plan for me and extend my contract by 3 months to recover this. again why do I have to be penalized for this? then they state oh but you missed 3 months' payment...... how can I miss when I have a debit order? oh wait that was a mistake by us again........ so I agree to start paying my installment again and some extra to recover the interest costs on my account.

So 6 months later I get a call from Wesbank stating oh, we are going ahead with the court order to repossess your car as the balance on your account is still not paid.... ARE YOU JOKING! I get a call from 6 different people not understanding the story. I again escalate this to my banker and again nothing.

I would like someone senior within FNB/WESBANK to call me so we can put this to bed.
