Fnb.useless bank

Did a funeral claim 6 days later ,fnb has processed my claim and they don’t have a reason they ain’t providing feedback.they only respond by saying they are going to escalate.what happened to your Service level agreement they promised .very useless and point to have a funeral cover with them
