FNB/Unilaw settlement discount offer

I was contacted by Sandy from Unilaw in June 2018 offering me the settlement discount on my personal loan. I completed this arrangement in December 2018. I contacted Unilaw and FNB in January 2019 to request paid up letter and to initiate the write off and closure of personal loan account only to be given the run around by both of these entities. FNB continually trawls my Cheque Account to debit personal loan installments when the arrangement was completed from my side!!!!! This is 29 June 2019 and this account still hasn’t been closed or written off and no correspondence received from FNB, Unilaw or *** from 21/05/2019. They have again this morning debited my Cheque account for R3213!!!! When will this matter ever be resolved?????? I am FUMING and sadly at this stage want to close all my accounts with FNB as this service( or rather lack thereof) has been SHOCKING!!!
