FNB/Uni-Law out standing Payment of R8000 towards my personal loan.

My name is Sifikelo Mkhungo , I have a Cheque Account & a Personal Loan with FNB.

My outstanding Loan has been transfer from UniLaw to Barret & Associate, but I had few outstanding Queries with UniLaw cause they have been deducting amount of R2000 & not updating accordingly towards the amount am owing from 25 April 2019, 24 May 2019 & 25 June 2019, last update towards my loan was done on March 2019.

In June I change the amount am paying towards my loan from R2000 to R4000, so in July R4000 was deducted but they only updated R2000 instead of R4000 towards the amount am owing. In total Unilaw is owing R8000 that they need to pay towards my personal loan with FNB.

When I call Unilaw they say there is nothing there can talk to me about, I log a complaint with FNB on 26 August 2019 by sending a email to *** and til this day I haven't received any feedback and they only forwarded my enquiry to *** on the 5th September 2019 but still no direct feedback to me.

FNB as well known Bank should be handling this matter with their former debt collector Unilaw with urgency cause Unilaw has to pay the amount of R8000 that they didn't updates and worse part interest is accumulating towards a portion of a loan that I have already paid.
