I requested to sell my shares from my share saver account, upon the sales happening i was told i can only access the money after 5 days ??? this makes no sense?? and upon reviewing my cheque account statement there is an "EDO COLLECTION ATTEMPT" what is this and why are they attempting to collect money without my notification ?

Apparently complaints are only dealt with in 48 hours? explain how this helps the situation, understandably there is alot of complaints to deal with but even when calling in i am told its busy with no clear information on its status the agent i was speaking to just went silent on me and said she is writing an email to the relevant department whats the point of giving me this Tel number: ********** if its not going to assist me in anyway.
