How pathetic can a bank be. It's been years now and they have duplicated my accounts on ITC. None of their useless clowns is able to resolve this matter. This is utter nonsense.

29 Nov 2023, 14:34Come on guys....I've dealt with different people at FNBCARE and they made empty promises. Who is going to sort this thing out and when? I mean it's sad that you can't even fix it with one of your subsidiaries (DirectPulse) how do you intend on fixing the matter with ITC.
