FNBull****

I received money from overseas into my PayPal account, I then learned one has to have an FNB account to withdraw the money in SA. I open an FNB account. I struggle for hours to link the account to my PayPal. Only to find out you have to do this from a desktop computer. I do not have a PC. So this morning I go into FNB Hillcrest, I'm met at the door by Shade Schubart. I tell her what I want to do. She tells me they can't help me, I have to call the call center to do this. I stutter, doing this sort of thing over the phone would be near impossible. So what now FNB? You can't help me do what your website claims you're too happy to help me with?
