FNBull

I requested a settlement letter on 23/03/15 for a loan I had with your ****py bank. I then settled the loan the following day 24/03/15. FNB then went ahead and debited my account on 20/04/15 for the monthly installment. I saw this as a simple error and went to a FNB branch 22/04/15 to advise them of the error. They phoned the loans dept and I spoke to alovely lady who then went on to say that this will be reversed in the following 3 to 4 days. Naive, I left it. I phoned the loans dept 15/05/15 to ask what was going on. I was then told they want bankstatements..... On 9/06/15 I phoned once again.... this time bankstatements only reflecting debit order.... I phoned again this morning to request confirmation of receipt of the statements, only to be told that they now need a copy of the aettlement letter. Seriously, I just want money back. I settled my loan with you and owe you nothing. You owe me. Let's pretend for a second that the roles were reversed and it was me that owed you money.... I'm sure things would be completely different not even to mention the interest I would be charged. Get your act together and return my money.
