Fnb,Time for a change

Very poor systems ,waited from midnight till 3am on the 25th of november trying to get the ps5 deal from fnb but the site kept crashing ,eventually all stock was sold . How do these guys not prepare for systems overloads ,it just tells a whole lot about the banking systems. Pay soo much for service fees at the end of the month for this ****.
