FNB…The worst Service - Daylight *******

I have been trying for almost a month to close my private banking account with FNB and they keep on telling me that there are outstanding payments that need to be processed. After waiting about 3 weeks for those transactions to be finalised I called them now and they tell me that my bank charges now need to go off first. My bank charges are almost R400 for a private banking service that they told me last month that I don’t qualify for but they are quite happy to debit the full private banking fee from me. Now I need to keep calling them back once the said transactions are done to ask them again to close my bank account. These people are the worst I tell you. If I could give a 0 rating I would be happier.
