FNB/TELKOM

Between FNB & TELKOM i am at my wits end!!! Bought airtime, money deducted, NO airtime received. Telkom sending me to FNB, FNB sending me from pillar to post with transferring my call to every tom **** and harry, until someone told me WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU and i dropped the call!!!! What ?! take my money, withhold the airtime and NOBODY can tell me what is going on!!! how difficult can this be. They are both quick to sell you marketing but very poor in custormer services!!! Now i have to probably go IN to the bank, AND TELKOM!!! and there lose my ****. What an inconvenience and noboby cares!!! Telkom even says (automated) "your account is in arrears - I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT, I AM PREPAID!!!
