When I queried an interest amount on the quotation for the last top up on my daughter's student loans (which was indeed incorrect) I was issued with a new quotation with a much higher interest rate and a lower capital amount! Student loans have been ignoring my request to provide a reason for this for a week now. All I want is that they process the original quotation. <br>
