FNB...SHARKS!!!

I had enough funds in my account to cover my medical aid debit order and to pay rent and electricity. I also have a loan repayment debit order for R900...on the 26th the loan was debited and January 2018 instalment paid. However on the 29th, FNB debited all the funds out of my account and my medical aid debit order reversed. Since then I have spoken to dozens of call centre agents and spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to sort this out but to no avail. FNB finally told me that 48 hours to sort this out was in actual fact 48 WORKING HOURS? Is FNB earning interest on my money during the time that is in not in my account? Surely people can see this and are not going to sit back and allow the bank to ***** and operate in such a manner? Why make arrangements for payments...the bank will take what it wants, when it wants? I am currently in the 20 day waiting period for FNB to respond before I can bring it to the attention of the banking ombudsman. I am pleading with others to stand up and share your experiences with FNB so that new customers don't fall into FNB's trap...tell the banking ombudsman so that we can get FNB investigated...how many of us just accept this treatment? It's time to stand up for ourselves
