FNB/SDK Attorneys Relationship

I am disgusted at the fact that FNB makes use of SDK Attorneys who send you threatening sms's without any contact details. How does SDK have the right to tell me that they froze my account. My question is simple "Are we banking with FNB or SDK Attorney". I am perplexed at this ******* and suggest that you start treating us with the same respect you did when our monies was flooding into the account/s (Pre-COVID19)
