FNB's worst service

Most pathetic bank ever. I have been retrenched, put a claim with the Mortgage Protection Plan as per contract. One minute it's approved, the next they not going to pay. No communication none what so ever. I am so annoyed and upset with their service. I am not treated as a client but like trash. They don't care about people's needs and problems.
