FNB's utter incompetence
Firstly I would like to thank Samuel Mkhize and Charles (from the Mall@Reds branch) for all of their assistance. Frankly I am disgusted with FNB. I have been battling for more than a month now to just pay my overdraft and close the account. With Samuel's help I managed to pay the overdraft, now that I want to close the account, they keep putting it back on hold... I am unable to close the account and this morning I received a mail stating that I once again owe R 376.12... Why am I struggling so to get FNB out of my life... what is happening there??? Utter incompetence! I WILL NOT PAY ONE MORE CENT! I was this sorted immediately... this is ridiculous!
