FNB's useless chat functionality.
I swear FNB has lost the plot with their new website and the new chat functionality. This is the only chat functionality that keeps you at the back of the queue. I went from 5, to 8, then 6 ... what the hell?
To make matters even more idiotic, you cannot send a message to your private banker directly.
FNB really testing customer's patience!
