FNB's Unfair Demands and Threats

I want to mention a troubling experience with FNB. After my mother inherited funds and completed all legal processes, FNB threatened to close her bank accounts in four days unless she provided seven intrusive documents, including my grandfather's testament and bank history.

This demand, post-inheritance, is distressing and raises serious privacy concerns. We've contacted FNB, seeking a review and explanation. I'm sharing this review on HelloPeter to raise awareness and encourage transparency.
