FNB's ********* & ********** Business Practice

For some reason FNB charged me an Excess Fees amounting to 250 for transactions that i didn't even ask them to pay for. FNB show me your mandate where it says you can pay for things on my behalf.

The only reason there was no money in my account is because you deducted Excess Fees & then you dare to charge me again. I want my money back, i never asked you to pay for anything at all on my behalf. Show me where it says you can pay for me & then charge me for excess fees.This is *********,************ & **********.
