FNB's treatment of platinum cardholders is pathetic

I am platinum account holder that nets over 30k per month and i receive rental income of 8k per month, fnb decides to adjust my risk profile without proper reasoning which caused me not to be able to access my revolving credit, my private banker at least manage to short this out, however i remember my overdraft being 18k so FNB just decides to reduce my overdraft to 12k without my consent, i get charged for items not provided for which makes no sense, in Jan i requested amounts to be reversed and i never got feedback until now, i told my private banker to fix my overdraft but i never received feedback, to my knowledge platinum account holders should not get charged not provided for, any person who checks my account will see that i earn enough money and i should not get treated like this, it looks like fnb doesnt appreciate my business and i need to move my bond and accounts to another bank who appreciates me.
