FNB's Terrible Black Friday Mobile App and Website Performance

FNB's Terrible Mobile App and Website Black Friday Performance Today, I attempted to sign up for the PS5 R189 PM deal, a seemingly straightforward process that turned into a nightmare due to the abysmal user experience provided by FNB's digital platforms. It is disheartening to express that FNB, a bank that claims to lead in innovation, has left me utterly dissatisfied. One of the primary issues I encountered was the decision to subject all loyal FNB customers to the mercy of non FNB customers and the subsequent website traffic, rather than integrating the deals into the online and mobile banking profiles exclusively. In this era of technological advancements, where cloud solutions, scalability, elasticity, scale sets, queuing systems of applications, and limited offers are commonplace, it is inconceivable that FNB still struggles with the basics of website performance and user experience. The performance of your mobile app and website during this attempt was nothing short of pathetic. The frequent outages and disruptions not only hindered peoples ability to access and at th e very least, queue for the PS4 deal but also left me questioning the reliability of FNB's digital infrastructure. It is disconcerting to witness such a lackluster performance from a financial institution that should be at the forefront of technological innovation. Take a critical look at the competition and digital banks that have seamlessly integrated their deals into their online and mobile platforms, leaving FNB trailing far behind. As a customer, the experience today has not only been frustrating but has also eroded the trust I once had in FNB's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. Invest some of your exorbitant profits in improving your digital infrastructure, and prioritize the seamless integration of deals and services into your online and mobile banking platforms. It's time for FNB to live up to its claims of being an innovative leader in the banking industry.

Yeah, true to form, nobody has remotely attempted to contact me, so a pointless and worthless response. FNB, you seriously need to up your game. Honestly, your service and systems are appalling.
