FNB’s tardiness is nauseating!

I am stunned. How further tardy can FNB get. I app**** for a re-advance on my home-loan in February and an outcome on this application is yet to finalized 3 months down the line. Who does that? I lodged a formal complaint requesting for the assigned consultant on the application to be removed. This was not done. Who does that?

I hate to believe it but FNBs restructuring process has had the opposite desired effect i.e. increased tardiness. For an institution that relies on making money off the back of its clients, the level of tardiness is absolutely nauseating and shocking!
