I would like to thank Roo***a Sarlie, who is a consultant at *** from the bottom of my heart for proving to me that excellent client service is still possible.

I can unfortunately not say the same for any of the consultants in the complaints department. Their auto-reply that "one of their consultants will be in contact with you soon", will end up in a wild goose chase.
